  I have seen Dr Garcia twice in the past month and each visit he spent plenty of time not only examining me but explaining things. His demeanor puts you at ease and you can feel his compassion. He is thorough without being over reactive. He certainly has his medical opinion re tests other doctors need to do and has said "tell them to call me if they have any questions".
