  They are super! I lost a work-at-home tenant because American Home Shield couldn't get the ac fixed by their service people after three trips over three weeks during 90° heat. I called Arctic Breeze and they diagnosed the problem immediately. Gave me my options. Installed a new HVAC for a great price and arranged financing for me at 0% interest for 12 months. All within a week. And everyone I dealt with were the nicest people!
