  FORCLOSURE?? A satisfactory level of service was given during our stay in their managed rental property. The real ugly truth came during the lease ending phase when they insisted that I could not be present during the checkout of the property. This immediately raised the alarm for me. Again, they insisted that they don't do "in-person" checkout inspections. This is a setup for taxation without representation. All rental checks were delivered on time and the property was WELL maintained during our tenancy. Weeks after checkout we received a bill for random and pathetic cleaning charges to the tune of approximately $300 dollars worth of our $1000 deposit. The most unprofessional aspect of my experience with the management was that the real estate holder was in FORCLOSURE during the last part of our stay. WHEN WERE THEY GOING TO INFORM ME OF THAT FACT? Very unprofessional. I would not recommend using this property management group due to less-than-honest communication and representation.
