  The best of the worst!!! Horrible place, horrible personal, horrible service!!! I've been a customer for over three years and every time the dissatisfaction was growing bigger and bigger, finally - an year ago - my patience run out after they almost killed my dog!!!
  I requested to discontinue their health plan, they told me it's done so I forgot about them and went travelling - guess what - all the time I was out of country they have being charging my credit card!!!
