  John Bucca came to my house to evaluate our dryer that had recently caught on fire. I had been told that we needed to relocate the dryer to our garage, which would cost a significant amount of money. Within minutes John determined the issue was actually a kinked hose. He slid the dryer forward 3-4 inches to allow more room for the hose and suggested we build a platform to allow the wall and dryer to match up. To my surprise I was not charged for the house call, even though he fixed the problem and we haven't had any problems since! I would highly recommend First Coast Air!
